Welcome To Jackie Fox
Welcome to my Blog & Website
My name is Dr Jackie Fox, and although I am a registered Medical Practitioner, this site is more about my hobbies and passions than my profession.
My first passion is Numismatics, which is a fancy name for Coin Collection. This is a fascinating hobby, with plenty of excitement and it definitely has the potential to earn you extra money as well. Please see the part of my website marked “Jolly Fox” for more details.
My second passion is to help people who struggle with anxiety and/or insomnia. I recently started a Youtube channel, wherein I try to learn people to relax and sleep better without medication.
I rather utilise soothing music, tranquil scenery and natural sounds. In my medical practice I get requests for sleeping tablets or tranquillisers on a daily basis, and it is worrisome to me that so many people need these chemicals just to relax or to fall asleep.
Want to sleep better?
It’s as easy as 1-2-3!

The Vision
With my Youtube channel, I try to get people relaxed without using chemicals.
Just by listening to relaxing music, a person can soothe away the day’s worries. Watching serene nature scenery, also relaxes the brain, especially when combined with soothing music.
Even just listening to the sounds of rain and thunder, helps one to fall asleep faster – nature’s white noise! Even listening to Bible passages soothes one’s soul and spirit!
Wouldn’t you rather listen to relaxing music or the sounds of water on a roof or a tent, than to expose your brain to drugs if you can achieve the same effect?.
